Did you know, sports actually can change your whole life? They change your self love no matter what you look like or what you eat.  Sports signify power. Power, confidence, and teamwork all make up a team, and a sport. No matter what the sport is, you need to have teamwork. This is required because when you do not have this you’re lazy and you get frustrated easily.

Confidence is so important in a sport. If you have an attitude, you don’t have a mood where you're trying to give feedback to your teammates and yourself. The other team scores? No big deal, we know what to do next time and we know how to fix it.  Having  a bad attitude on the court brings the whole team down. If you just be happy and learn from your mistakes instead of getting mad at yourself or your teammates, you will get so much better. You have to believe in your coach, your teammates, and yourself.

Playing sports helps you stay in shape, and they can teach you how to organize your time, boost friendships, and build relationships with others. Through athletics, you gain skills that can best be difficult, on a court, track, or field.

Sports may also improve health, whether it's physical, mental, or even relational. It helps with a healthy weight. According to federal health guidelines, youth ages 6 to 17 need at least 60 minutes a day of physical activity. Playing sports is one way to do it. Sports get kids up and moving, and it burns calories, increases your metabolism and improves strength and mobility.

Exercise increases blood flow and blood delivers oxygen to your muscles and organs including your skin which makes it look healthier. Overall, sports impact tons of things for your body.
